Jesus' Early Years
Ages 25 - 28
At the age of 25 any adherent of the Sect who was unmarried, Israeli born, sound of mind and body and who wished to "work in the service of its members" could apply to become a probationary scribe.
As Jesus qualified on all points, he applied and, after taking tremendous oaths that he would...
exercise piety towards God
observe justice to all men
do no harm to anyone, either of his own accord or be the command of others
hate the wicked and be assistant to the righteous
show fidelity to all men especially those in authority
not abuse his authority, nor attempt to outshine his subjects, either in his garment or any other finery
be perpetually a lover of truth and reprove those who tell lies
keep his hands clear of theft and his soul from unlawful gains
neither conceal anything from those of his own sect, nor discover any of their doctrines to others, no , not though anyone should compel him to do so at the hazard of his life
communicate their doctrines to no one other then he had received them himself
abstain
preserve the books belonging to the sect...
then he was enrolled as a probationary scribe.
